September Reset: Release The Struggle, Embrace The Flow

I'm sure you can all relate to this.....


When I paused to check in with myself recently, I realised I was heading straight for burnout. I noticed I wanted to run away, I was anxious, exhausted, overwhelmed, and all I wanted to do was hide.


In the past, I’d have ignored those signs, kept pushing on, and ended up completely crashing. This time, I listened, and it made all the difference  That’s why I’ve created this September Check-In Challenge.


𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸?

Every day this month in our WhatsApp group, you’ll be given a prompt or question to think about, you have the choice to:

  •  Take 10 quiet minutes just for you to think about it... a walk, a brew, or simply some quiet stillness.

  •  Or use the daily prompt to journal and check in a little deeper (it doesn’t need to be long, even a sentence or two can be powerful).


You can make this work for you, dedicate 10 mins from your day for YOU and watch things begin to transform. You don’t need to share but are welcome to if you want to!


Everyone’s burnout or "misbalance" signs will look different, but checking in helps us notice them before we hit breaking point. It’s about giving yourself a small pause each day to reflect, reset, and nurture yourself
