Volunteering with Empowered To Thrive CIC is meaningful, flexible, and community-led. Roles can include but are not limited to:

Supporting our women’s workshops, events, and walks.

Helping with set-up, pack-down, and refreshments.

Welcoming and chatting with attendees, especially those who may feel nervous or alone.

Supporting creative activities or wellbeing exercises.

Offering practical help, emotional presence, and encouragement.
No formal experience is needed, training and support will be provided. We are looking for people with kindness, empathy, and a willingness to support others.
