About the event

✨ Your FREE Midweek Mini Retreat 🌱 Rest, Recharge & Refocus ✨

A gentle space to breathe, reset, and feel supported.

Looking for a calm, sensory-friendly environment where you can decompress, learn helpful wellbeing tools, and feel fully accepted as you are? This workshop series is designed to help you feel grounded, understood, and empowered in a space that honours the unique experiences of autistic and ADHD adults.

Through a blend of soothing mind–body practices and creative expression, you’ll explore simple ways to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and build confidence in a way that feels safe and sustainable. We focus on helping you understand your own signals, needs, and rhythms with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgement.

Each session is co-facilitated by two experienced coaches who understand neurodiversity and will guide you gently through mindfulness, grounding techniques, movement options, sensory-friendly tools, creativity, and practical wellbeing strategies. You’ll be supported to make small, meaningful changes that fit your real life, at your own pace.

Everyone is welcome. Whether you’re autistic, have ADHD, self-identify, are awaiting assessment, or simply want a calmer space to support your wellbeing, this is for you.

This workshop is part of our Empowerment Through Wellbeing programme brought to you by Empowered to Thrive CIC in collaboration with Your Wellbeing Company; created to help you pause, connect, and strengthen your resilience in a safe and supportive space.

Each week has a different focus, combining mind–body practices with creative expression to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more empowered.

You are free to attend whichever sessions that you want to however we encourage regular attendance where possible.
