About the event

🌕 The Art of Self Love 💗

A gentle women’s self-love workshop

The Art of Self Love is a warm, nurturing workshop created especially for women who are tired of pouring from an empty cup and are ready to reconnect with themselves in a softer, more compassionate way.

Taking place close to Valentine’s Day, this session gently shifts the focus away from romantic love and external validation, and instead invites you to explore the most important relationship of all… the one you have with yourself.

This is not about “fixing” yourself.

It’s about remembering who you are beneath the pressure, the roles, the expectations, and the self-criticism.

Together, we’ll create a calm, supportive space where you can pause, breathe, and begin to rebuild your relationship with yourself through reflection, connection, and creativity.

✨ What we’ll explore together

  • What self-love really means (and what it isn’t).

  • How self-criticism, people pleasing, and burnout slowly disconnect us from ourselves.

  • Why self-love can feel uncomfortable, awkward, or even selfish at first.

  • Gentle ways to soften your inner dialogue and treat yourself with more compassion.

  • How to begin showing up for yourself without pressure or perfection.

🎨 What to expect

  • A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with no pressure to share.

  • Gentle guided reflection and discussion.

  • A creative self-love activity to express what words sometimes can’t.

  • Time to connect with other women who get it.

  • Tea, cake, warmth, and space to just be.

You can engage as much or as little as feels right for you. Sitting quietly and listening is just as welcome as sharing. There is no expectation to be positive, confident, or “in a good place” — you are welcome exactly as you are.

💕 This session is for you if:

  • You struggle to be kind to yourself.

  • You feel disconnected from who you are.

  • You give so much to others and forget about yourself.

  • You want to feel more grounded, worthy, and at ease in your own skin.

  • You’re craving a gentle reminder that you matter too.

🌸 First time reassurance

If this is your first Empowered To Thrive session, please know you are not alone. Many women arrive feeling nervous, unsure, or wondering if they “belong.” You do. This is a safe, compassionate space designed to meet you where you are, not where you think you should be.

You will leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to yourself with practical tools and reminders you can take into everyday life.

💖 Come and explore The Art of Self Love; not perfectly, not loudly, but honestly and gently.

There’s no pressure to share, no expectation to be “positive,” and no right or wrong way to do this. You can take part as much or as little as feels comfortable for you 🤍

This is your time. Your vision. Your space to begin again.

✨ We’d love to welcome
