About the event

🌈 Neurodivergent Future Vision Workshop ✨

This relaxed and supportive workshop is designed for ADHDers who want to think about their future without the pressure of “traditional” goal-setting. Together, we’ll explore what your future vision looks like, how to set goals in ways that actually work for a neurodivergent brain, and gentle strategies to help you stay motivated, accountable, and on track.

The session will blend discussion, practical tips, and creative exploration, finishing with the creation of a personal vision board for you to take home as a visual reminder of what you’re working towards and what truly matters to you.

Please try to arrive ontime for workshops so that you don't miss any information at the beginning, if you are running late or going to arrive late please let me know where possible.

🎟️ Tickets are FREE!

Thanks to the support of Tameside Council and GMCA.

Spaces are limited – booking is essential so we can prepare enough ADHD-friendly resources.

What You’ll Experience:

💫 A calm, welcoming space designed with neurodivergent and ADHD brains in mind. You’re free to come exactly as you are, without masking, pressure, or expectation.

🌟 Gentle grounding options such as breathwork, meditation, and journaling, offered in flexible ways. You can take part, adapt them, or simply listen, all options are valid.

💛 Support from experienced coaches who understand neurodivergence, executive functioning challenges, and sensory needs. There is no pressure to speak or share unless you want to.

🎨 A relaxed, optional creative activity to help you process and anchor learning in a hands-on, non-verbal way if preferred.

🌿 Practical, neurodivergent-affirming strategies to support focus, energy regulation, emotional wellbeing, and everyday balance.

Each session is gently structured but intentionally flexible. Everything is provided, and you’re encouraged to take breaks, move, step out for space, or connect with others at your own pace.

The first part of the session focuses on settling the nervous system, reflection, and ADHD wellbeing tools, with natural pauses throughout. The second half brings everything together through a creative activity, helping you integrate what you’ve learned in a safe, supportive way alongside others who understand.

🌱 Come as you are – quirks and all – and leave feeling lighter, stronger & empowered.
