This workshop is part of our Empowerment Through Wellbeing programme, brought to you by Empowered to Thrive CIC in collaboration with Your Wellbeing Company. It’s been created to offer a calm, supportive space where you can pause, connect, and build resilience in a way that feels safe and accessible.
Each week has a different focus, combining gentle mind–body practices with creative expression to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and empowered.
You’re welcome to attend whichever sessions feel right for you. There’s no pressure to commit to every week, although regular attendance is encouraged if it feels supportive.
🎟️ Tickets are FREE
Thanks to the support of Tameside Council and GMCA. Spaces are limited, so booking is essential to ensure we have enough materials.
